Job Summary
Aliron is seeking recently separated veterans from all branches to join our rapidly growing company. The incumbent will work with our Business Development team in identifying and capturing business opportunities across all branches of the Armed Forces.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist business development efforts in proposal development and preparation, including nontechnical writing and production
  • Formatting, editing, and writing proposal and marketing content as needed, helping to ensure quality and timeliness of printing, binding and delivery of proposals
  • Assisting in developing and producing other marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, including marketing material and website content
  • Formatting CVs, bios, past performance and project data sheets for proposals
  • Coordinate and preparing expressions of interest, including production and shipping
  • Nontechnical writing, including drafting letters and emails to clients, partners and donor organizations
  • Data mining and analysis of past project reports, extracting information from successful projects to use for marketing material and business development efforts\
  • Support preparation of business development meetings
  • Perform other administrative work as required
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience and/or familiarity with proposal development preferred – NOT REQUIRED
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong editing skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, skilled in setting priorities and meeting deadlines, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Works well independently and in teams; proactive in anticipating work requirements and problem solving
  • Skilled in word processing, spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office software
  • Strong organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple
