Marketing CRM Expert
for our Virginia Beach or Richmond office
The Marketing CRM Specialist plays an integral role in the daily support and the user adoption of our marketing operating system, Total Expert. This person must thrive in a fast-paced environment where they must be able to utilize their problem solving, communication, and organizational skills in their day to day workflow. The Marketing CRM Specialist will be responsible for being the subject matter expert in our current CRM.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as the product expert and point of contact for all system questions and troubleshooting for Total Expert. Monitor and respond to system support tickets regarding the marketing platform Total Expert. Assist in uploading and submitting content assets to Total Expert for development. Manage and create customizable auto-campaigns and journeys for both company wide and individual mortgage banker campaigns. Work with the Mortgage Banker Success team one-on-one through email, phone calls, and meetings in person. Train the CRM Specialist(s) and the Mortgage Banker Success team on CRM usage. Maintain future enhancement requests from Sales and push them through to Total Expert. Stay knowledgeable with all software updates and enhancement rollouts from Total Expert. Other duties as assigned by the Marketing & CRM Supervisory team.
Desired Skills and Qualifications: 3-year experience working with demand generation, lifecycle management, marketing automation, and CRM applications (Salesforce, Total Expert, etc.) Experience in Mortgage, Financial or Real Estate industries a plus Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Superior organizational and time-management skills; demonstrated effectiveness managing multiple priorities and deadlines Possess unparalleled professionalism and ability to articulate with clarity to customers and team members Willing and able to work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments A proactive and determined approach, demonstrating initiative to deliver exceptional results Sees (and seeks) opportunities for improvement, and acts on them Thrives in an ever-changing environment Have an eye for detail to insure that outgoing marketing materials are clean and clear.
