Job Summary

Our client, a prominent trade association, is seeking a temporary to hire Marketing & Customer Service Assistant for their office in Arlington, VA!

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.

  • 1-3+ years of professional marketing and customer service experience (internships count!)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Photoshop, WordPress, and association management software.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and possess the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • The Job:

  • Support different aspects of marketing programs and events.

  • Answer phones and act as a customer service representative.

  • Draft and edit press releases and email blasts in support of sales efforts.

  • Produce marketing materials related to events.

  • Provide support for additional projects.

  • This is a temporary to hire role that offers $16/hour-$18/hour during the temporary period and a salary of $40K-$44K for the permanent position.
