As part of the xCommerce team, you'll lead the development of new products and platforms that enable simple and secure digital spending features for our customers. The successful candidate in this role is motivated to deliver amazingly simple experiences that make life easier for our customers. You’ll also need to be comfortable dealing with technical complexity within eCommerce and tokenization. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy the challenge of improving customer experience and taking it to the next level.
Experience running a payments platform, or experience in payments product management, tokenization.
Ability to take in a lot of disparate information and find common themes, recommend clear paths forward for platform development.
A dynamic product leader who will rally the team and promote a highly collaborative environment where we put team before self.
Analytically-minded, strategic thinker, able to prioritize multiple initiatives.
Comfortable with very technical payment platform concepts.
High level of intellectual curiosity and are comfortable with ambiguity.
Stays ahead of the latest trends in the emerging payments space.
Compelling and effective at communicating with and presenting to executive leadership.
Proven track record in getting stuff done and delivering products that deliver business value.
Collaborate to define, analyze and communicate product roadmap alignment with business objectives as supported with business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis.
Lead efforts among a diverse set of internal and external customers and use cases.
Manage and develop a team of product managers.
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of product management experience
Experience in credit card payments and tokenization
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business
MBA or Master’s degree
