1. Email Marketing

Run email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, creative development, backend set-up, deployment, and performance analysis across all company brands.

  • Act as primary point of contact for email marketing to internal stakeholders.
  • For each campaign, understand goals, document requirements, help with asset development, execute and provide performance metrics
  • Be aware of larger Digital Marketing initiatives and take holistic approach to campaign management, ensuring alignment with Integrated Digital Marketing campaigns and cohesive marketing communications across channels
  • Help manage and maintain Email Marketing Master Calendar
  • Work with creative agencies and internal teams on developing compelling email marketing communications, including templates and landing pages
  • Write & optimize email HTML to ensure good rendering across email clients; assist in writing & editing email copy. Ensure clear UX and design consistency within brand guidelines
  • Understand data structure and list segmentation within the email marketing platform (Oracle Eloqua)
  • Measure effectiveness of email marketing campaigns against major KPIs; prepare comprehensive reports and analysis. Present data to key stakeholders
  • Local Digital Marketing Support

  • Listen, consult and document local marketing digital campaign needs. Act as liaison from web team to local marketing teams
  • Working with greater web team develop end-to-end campaigns/programs to enact local markets’ digital media campaign vision/growth
  • Draft/develop writing, campaign forms, supporting graphics/layouts to execute local market digital and email campaigns - working with web team
  • Make connections across: local campaigns, e-newsletter articles, landing pages and weekly editorial to ensure local efforts are fully supported
  • Support campaign end-to-end; beyond copy & creative, assist with legal rules, documentation, fulfillment and reporting
  • National Digital Marketing Support

  • Working with web team, corporate marketing and agencies support brand-wide social media campaigns for B2C and B2B engagement efforts
  • Make layout modifications and basic image editing, in support of campaigns, as necessary
  • Manage local promotions, events & local content – end to end.
  • Working with web team, support day-to-day content development including writing blurbs/teaser, drafting web page copy and gathering image & video assets.
  • Vendor/Agency Management . Work with digital marketing vendors to implement and help support various local market digital campaign initiatives, including but not limited to:

  • Email marketing templates
  • Creative design, landing pages and microsites
  • Social Media campaigns support
  • Mobile campaigns support and analysis
  • Asset Management, Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare reporting for local promotional media campaigns’ performance.
  • Prepare monthly reporting – top channels.
  • Participate in ad hoc campaign performance analysis.

  • Bachelor's degree is required, with Major in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, or Integrated Marketing
  • 2-4 yrs. of Digital Marketing experience, including at least 1yr. of Email Marketing production and execution.
  • Must have strong HTML coding skills (Adobe Dreamweaver). Command of Email coding best practices.
  • Basic image editing skills are required (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Basic video editing skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of and experience with IA/UX & web design principles.

  • HTML coding and understanding of how coding for emails differs from coding for web is a must
  • Knowledge of CAN SPAM, Privacy Policy for email marketing and list management
  • Practical knowledge of email marketing Best Practices for template design and coding. Familiarity with responsive design, personalization, dynamic content and testing
  • Basic image editing skills (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
