This position is for a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills who will be responsible for authoring front-end content for an external, multinational technology website. Strong knowledge and understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is required. You will be responsible for selecting templates, components and modules, adding/editing content (copy, images, video, tagging, SEO metadata) to compose web pages based on brand guidelines and stakeholder input.
You will serve on a cross functional team with digital marketing managers and a development team to ensure that business requirements are fulfilled regularly to keep the website current, and will be responsible for timely execution of web projects. As you deliver quality web projects, you will be accountable to hit Key Performance Indicators KPIs (content engagement, leads, email opt-ins).
Additional responsibilities will be to manage assets and images in the Adobe Digital Asset Manager, along with creating experience fragments, and developing workflows. This person will also create and write documentation for end users and provide training on AEM as required.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
4+ years of web-related experience with online content production using AEM or other CMS
Strong knowledge of authoring pages in AEM v6.X or higher.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script
Enterprise site level authoring experience with comfortability working on a large framework
Experience with personalization using Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, for image formatting and editing
Proven experience in implementing search engine optimization (SEO) tactics
Social media platform knowledge
Proven ability to review and analyze various reports to measure success
Possess in-depth knowledge of WCAG requirements to apply the correct accessibility standards across all content
Ability to troubleshoot all front-end functionality issues
Editing and proofreading skills are necessary
Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and to various stakeholder groups, both in writing and verbally
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable juggling multiple, concurrent projects with tight deadlines
