MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
Coordinate proposal efforts with the subcontractors, technical divisions, as well as our contracts and Human Resources department
Manage content input, updates, etc. from multiple teammates into a consolidated master file
Ensure version control of proposal draft documents
Coordinate/schedule proposal milestones with the proposal team to ensure all timelines are met
Ensure proposals are in accordance with relevant Government instructions
Regularly monitor for Amendments, Q&A, or other updates to solicitations both during the proposal process and post-submission Participate in evaluating business opportunities and recommending bid/no bid positions
Maintain knowledge of CRI lines of service and strategic directions
Participate in selected Government/Industry Associations and Government briefings to Industry
Search/Review opportunities listed in FBO/Capture2/eBuy
Desired Skills and Experience:
Education/Certifications: Bachelorâ€™s degree and business development courses are desired.
A minimum of five yearsâ€™ experience with direct proposal and/or support activities.
Work experience in encompassing opportunity identification and pipeline reporting is essential.
Experience and knowledge in the Federal acquisition process and the use of one or more BDâ€oriented databases such as GovWin, Capture2, FBO, FPDS, or EZGovOpps is required.
Proposal experience in Federal civilian agencies and/or DOD is required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Professional; Word, Excel and PowerPoint and MS SharePoint. Graphics knowledge is a plus.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills is required.
