McLean Mortgage Corporation is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing department. This position will support both company-wide and individual sales personnel marketing initiatives. We welcome the thrill of a challenge and be excited to dive into new things.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales personnel in developing and growing their CRM databases during marketing onboarding process. Ensure their CRM database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
  • Assist with business cards set up, orders and other templated printed materials
  • Web presence quality control for current sales personnel and new sales personnel to comply with NMLS guidelines
  • Assist sales personnel with marketing plans, achieve goals, strategies and implementation
  • Assist personnel with their business social media accounts setup, compliance and maintenance
  • Spot emerging trends in the industry for creation of new marketing collateral
  • Assist with the organization of corporatelocal and remote events
  • Organization and maintenance of promotional items and marketing material
  • Create New Hire welcome boxes for new employees
  • Setup daily tasks and activity for all social media outlets
  • Assist in maintaining brand standards for social media sites
  • Organize, maintain and update digital content library for print, web and CRM email
  • Daily maintenance and marketing support of our internal website

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Marketing experience in real estate or lending industry is preferred
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Must exhibit a strong understanding of the latest marketing trends
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Proficient writing and copy-editing abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • Business degree and or Marketing degree preferred
  • 1-2 years in a Marketing role preferred
  • Working knowledge of programs such as: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Wordpress, Cavna, HTML
  • Working knowledge in social media platforms such as Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram & Twitter
