The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the NFU Mutual New Forest, Isle of Wight & Bournemouth Agency as a Marketing Executive. The Agency has a strong plan in place to grow the Company with particular focus on looking after its existing customer base whilst growing the core areas of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team with a positive sales and service culture. We’re looking for Marketing Manager, rather than insurance specialists, although knowledge of insurance or finance would be useful. Keeping our customers informed of our services is so important for us to make sure we are giving them every opportunity to take advantage of all our award-winning products and services. As a business that prides itself on loyalty and service, we want to make sure we go about retaining and growing our relationships with our existing and new customers in the most successful way.

With your wealth of experience in campaign management you’ll be pivotal in how we position our brand and propositions to our customers through a variety of channels.

Your mission will be to come up with meaningful and creative sales campaigns across several of our products and services, such as Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance, Risk Management Services and Financial Services.

You'll have the following responsibilities

  • Managing and leading the development planned sales campaigns & events
  • Working with Agents to ensure quarterly plans are aligned with Commercial and Regulatory ambitions
  • Working with the sales teams to build targeted and relevant propositions plans
  • Collaborating with Agents and internal teams to arrange and evaluate key events
  • Collaborating with Agency Service Teams to identify retention opportunities
  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns and events by reviewing performance and research
  • Producing campaign performance updates as well as contributing to quarterly forecasting and plans
  • Measuring the performance of campaigns and refining strategy based on analysis
  • Working with the Agency Teams to ensure agreed quarterly targets are met
  • You'll have the following skills & experience

  • Led the creation, design and delivery of sales service campaigns & Events
  • Previous experience managing and deploying complex multi-channel direct marketing campaigns
  • Experience working within a highly regulated industry (finance, insurance)
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders up to Director level, presenting and gaining approval to plans

    This is a part time role where you will be required to work three days per week (days to be agreed). The working hours will be 8.30am – 5.30 pm.
