We have an immediate opening for a candidate in our automotive Business Development Center (BDC).
This individual will help to drive customers into our stores utilizing both phone and internet strategies.

We are an automotive dealership who engages true professionals.

Auto sales experience is nice, but not needed.
A teachable personality and friendly disposition is more important.
Previous telemarketing experience helpful, though not required.
Strong communications skills, written and verbal, is required.

The primary responsibility of the job role is telemarketing, though some communication may be via e-mails, text messages, and video.
A professionally casual appearance is acceptable, as there will be direct and indirect contact with showroom guests.

This will be a full-time role with an hourly pay plan, along with monthly bonuses based on appointments who visit the dealership and appointments who become sold customers.
For the right individual, this can be a lucrative financial opportunity, with the ability to grow in both position and income within the Organization.

Requirements

Able to work through rejection and maintain a positive attitude

Ability to listen to customers needs and present solutions to them

Ability to document all activities in CRM program

Win an executive's heart and mind then set the appointment

Effectively use CRM database for sales prospecting, and make accurate notations in the database

Experience working in a busy and professional office environment

Deep commitment to the art of follow-up to reach a portfolio of qualified clients

Knowledge of, or the ability to learn, prospecting and selling procedures

Need to be able to multi-task in a fast paced, high energy environment
